【使用方法】
▪️將備好的麵團以麵粉桿壓平至少3mm的厚度
▪️使用餅乾模壓出餅乾外型
▪️取用能按壓出餅乾表面圖案的壓模，對準壓下，完成有圖案的空心餅乾。
▪️將烤盤舖上烘焙紙後將餅乾放上，空心餅乾中心放入壓碎後的糖（建議用白糖，可造出透明效果）
▪️再放入烤箱烘烤約數分鐘讓糖溶烘烤完成待冷卻，在餅乾糖果中心放上食用糖珠或巧克力後，在餅乾周圍塗上巧克力醬， 最後取另一片糖心餅乾合上，即可完成可以搖動的餅乾。
